The escalation of events between the US & Iran has finally seen a pivotal climax. After President Trump decided to impose hard sanctions on Iran, it completely crippled any chance at peace. Iran has decided to completely close all possibility of future diplomacy. This could end here but may believe the conflict will continue. With the two powers not talking, will this lead to war? Or could this be the best ending to this situation that anyone could have ever wanted? Only time will tell, but it cannot get any better. Communicating is an important and necessary tool, but when it comes to countries that have nuclear weapons, then the discussion becomes a lot more serious.

“Imposing useless sanctions on Iran’s Supreme Leader (Ayatollah Ali Khamenei) and the commander of Iran’s diplomacy (Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif) is the permanent closure of the path of diplomacy,” Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi tweeted.

Will things get better from here? Does it end here? Or is this the beginning of a new, inevitable war that could put humanity on the brink of global collapse?

Only Time Will Tell.
